So this is iptabl.es
It's still a work in progress.
It currently takes 5 arguments:
 dport
 ip
  chain
 jumpTo
  protocol
These don't have to be in any particular order, and you can use as many or as little as you like.

So try something like:
 curl iptabl.es/drop/22/37.59.37.43
and it will tell you the rule to stop me connecting to your server over the standard SSH port.
